Processing time


I work as a slow jeweler, this means that I make all my jewelry pieces one by one, therefore the availability of each of them can vary, all the pieces in the online store are available for purchase but that does not mean that there is stock of all of them, if the item you bought is not in stock, it will be necessary to manufacture it especially for you, in that case, I will require about 8 business days to fulfill your order plus shipping time. At the time your piece is ready, it will be sent within a period of 3 business days.


In the case of pieces in a custom size the same thing happens, if your size is in stock I will send it quickly, otherwise, I would appreciate it if you wait for the indicated time.


Due to its manufacturing process, the hollow and cast designs (lost wax) will need around 15 business days to be manufactured if there is not stock, again, plus shipping time.


During the holidays, the manufacturing time may increase depending on my workload.

Shipments in CDMX will be made using a messaging system before notice to the buyer. This system offers a single delivery with no possibility of a second delivery date, so the buyer must confirm its availability to receive their shipment. An over cost will be charged if once confirmed it is no one available for reception. Shipments to the metropolitan area may be subject to regular national mailing and courier will not apply.


All international & domestic shipments outside CDMX are made using the Regular Registered Shipping from the Mexican Postal Service, corresponding to the economic standard cost with tracking number, in case you are in the Mexican Republic, the package must arrive at your address along with the mail and the person receiving the package must show identification to the postal staff. In the case of international shipments, the Mexican Post will be responsible for delivering the package to the postal company of the recipient country and the latter will make the final delivery.

All shipments will include a tracking number, however, consider that some international postal companies do not allow to track foreign postal numbers, so despite having a guide number it can be difficult to track your order. (CA and AU are examples).


Delivery time will depend on the shipping distance and the customs process.

CDMX: 24 hours.

Mexico: 1-2 weeks

North America: 2-5 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

Europe: 3-5 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

Asia Pacific: 4-6 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 4-6 weeks

Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-6 weeks


I would appreciate your understanding that these are exclusively estimated shipping times since unfortunately, I cannot be in charge of delivery, so I'm not able to guarantee them. If you require your purchase to be delivered at a specific time, be sure to buy in advance or request expedited shipping.


Expedited shipping


I offer you to quote the cost of your shipment by national courier or any international courier company, there are no fixed prices since they depend on the daily price of the US dollar. Consider that the shipping cost will increase considerably.


If you are interested in express shipping, contact me BEFORE finalizing your purchase.

The courier costs for expedited shipping are NOT refundable under any circumstances.


Customs and import taxes


Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delivery delays due to customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges


I will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Changes and/or returns are accepted exclusively for unused items and in their original condition. No exchange or return will apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Contact me within 2 days after receipt.
Send the items within 2 business days after receiving them.

Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Items must be returned properly protected, packed and return shipping. To guarantee a proper return, the item must be sent back with a tracking number as it was sent, if the item is not received, no return or exchange applies.

If a change has been requested, it must be made for an article of the same or greater cost and cover the difference, in case of requiring a change for an article of the lower cost it will be necessary to make a return and subsequently acquire the desired article.




Refunds will be made only on the cost of the item, shipping costs will not be refunded.

I do not accept returns for custom orders or special orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Defective items


I am very careful with my work, but obviously it can happen that some item is defective, in that case, it will be necessary to request a return or exchange.

In order for a return or exchange to apply, the buyer must present proof of the failure of his article. Items that have been damaged due to improper handling of the buyer are not considered defective items.

In defective items, the buyer will be responsible for returning the item properly protected, packed and making a return shipment. To ensure a proper return, the item must be sent back with a tracking number as it was sent. The return, exchange or refund will apply only if the item is returned with a guide number and received correctly to verify the fault presented.

In the event that the fault is verified as a manufacturing defect the return, exchange or refund will apply and the buyer will receive the refund of the item and all regular shipping costs with the guide number in which he inquired, in no case will cost of courier services or expedited shipping refunded.


Special orders


I take custom orders of my own designs, I will also gladly work on a special design for you based on my own style.
Special orders must be paid 100% once the design is approved by the buyer.

The manufacturing time will depend on the required design and my workload at the time the order is confirmed.

Special orders do not apply changes or returns. In case of failure, the product will be repaired or re-manufactured once the buyer returns the original. No special order will be refunded.
